How long do I have to return an item?

We have a 60 day return period. You can return an item within 60 days, providing it hasn't been used and is in resaleable as-new condition. 

Used or perishable items, such as live foods or plants, or custom items, such as pond liners, pipework, or specially ordered spare parts aren't eligible for return. 

To return an item, please contact us and we will send you our returns address and a unique tracking reference for your return. 

It usually takes us around 14 days to process a return, but this can sometimes take a little longer at peak season during the summer months.
