How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method selected at checkout:

• Express Delivery: Next working day when you order by 4pm. 
• Standard Delivery: Usually delivered within 2–3 working days. 
• Livestock & Live Plants: Delivery dates vary depending on when the order is placed. Please refer to the delivery schedule provided at checkout. 
• Palletised Deliveries: Typically delivered within approximately 5 working days. 
• Frozen Foods: Next working day delivery. 

Please note that some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, including certain large aquariums, specialist items, live foods, and livestock. These orders may have longer delivery times, which will be displayed on the product page where applicable.
